About This Project

I worked with Woobamboo to raise awareness of the plastic pollution caused by disposable plastic toothbrushes and help them raise awareness of their sustainable bamboo alternatives.

 

I organised and promoted a product giveaway across social media which received 243 entries – alongside a blog post and social media campaign which achieved high levels of audience engagement on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. The Instagram post in particular (which I created images and copy for) opened up a conversation between my ethically-focused followers and the brand around the issue of plastic pollution and the materials used in their toothbrushes and packaging – which was one of their key campaign goals. The post received 240 likes and 29 comments in total.
